Maglio Molio

Assalamualaikum.

Yesterday I was at home lazing around in the morning before coming back to hostel. Was watching TLC at the time. We know what happen when we turn that channel on: WE GET HUNGRY. Oh porrr -..- So I remembered I bought pasta and ingredients long time ago. So yes that's it baby! Clinking clanking in the kitchen it is!

By the way, I called it Maglio Molio coz I'm the one who made it. Aiya still the same thing, Aglio Olio lah. Ha ha ha.

150g pasta (not exact, for 3 servings)
3 tbsp olive oil
7 cloves garlic (super finely chopped *COZ I HATE GARLIC*)
1 1/2 tbsp rosemary (available at supermarket, spices section)
1 tbsp Nandos extra hot
1 capsicum (cubed)
2 small tomato (cubed)
Sausages/meat/prawn/anything as you wish
Salt

  1. Cook pasta in a pot of water. Add 1 tbsp of sea salt and boil. Cook until al dente. Drain pasta and save the salted water aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, saute garlic until it turns light golden brown. Add Nandos sauce before adding capsicum and tomatoes. Then add sausages/meat/prawn/anything as you wish (rebus/goreng dulu haaa).
  3. Add cooked pasta along with 3 tbsp of pasta water and rosemary to the pasta. Stir evenly. Season with a little bit of salt.
  4. One yummy Maglio Molio siap!



p/s: the food lack like half pinch of salt anyway ha ha. But I still think it's a success :)
